Quimi Ordonez made up for an early missed opportunity when he scored the game-winning goal to help FC Cincinnati to a 1-0 win over Louisville City in a third-round U.S. Open Cup match at TQL Stadium. Ordonez was one of 10 reserve players that started the match, but some late substitutions helped unlock the attack in the final 15 minutes for the go-ahead score, and Alec Kann collected the clean sheet in goal.
FC Cincinnati will host New York City FC in the Round of 32 on May 10.
