FC Cincinnati has lost one match in its last 13 and extended an unbeaten streak to seven games Saturday night, but once again, disappointment of a controversial goal and dropped points marred a 2-2 draw against Columbus Crew SC in the “Hell is Real” derby. Brandon Vazquez gave the Orange and Blue a 1-0 lead that held as the only score until the 74th minute when Derrick Etienne Jr.’s equalizer drew ire from FCC over concerns he was offside. Matt Miazga put FCC ahead again, three minutes later, but the Crew delivered a deflating blow deep into stoppage time to tie the game for the final score.
