Luciano Acosta scored just before halftime to give FC Cincinnati the lead against the top team in the league, but Los Angeles FC rebounded for a 2-1 win Sunday at TQL Stadium. Injuries, suspension and illness depleted the lineup of seven potential starters, and coach Pat Noonan was pleased with the effort of the team but disappointed not to get something out of the match, which caused FCC to fall to last in the Eastern Conference.
